1. General Policy :
Due to the nature of digital products and third-party integrations, all purchases made through Cashmate Technologies are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or mandated by applicable law. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, and at the sole discretion of the company or the respective service provider.

2. Gift Cards and Vouchers :

  • Non-Refundable: All sales of Gift Cards and Vouchers are final and non-refundable once issued.

  • Invalid/Failed Delivery: If a gift card or voucher has not been delivered or is invalid, customers must notify us within 48 hours of purchase. Upon verification, we will liaise with the issuer to resolve the issue, which may result in replacement or a credit.

  • Expired or Misused Codes: Refunds will not be provided for expired or used codes due to customer negligence.

3. Travel Tickets (Flights, Trains, Buses, etc.) :

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds on travel tickets are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective airline, railway, or bus operator.

  • Cancellation Requests: Customers must initiate cancellation through the Cashmate platform or directly through the service provider, as applicable.

  • Service Charges: Any applicable convenience or service charges levied during booking are non-refundable.

4. FASTag Services :

  • Tag Issuance: Once a FASTag is issued and activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Recharge or Top-Up Failures: If a recharge is unsuccessful but the amount is deducted, the same will be automatically refunded to the original source within 5–7 business days, after confirmation from the bank/NPCI.

5. Utility Bill Payments

  • Irrevocable Transactions: Utility bill payments are processed instantly and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once initiated.

  • Failed Transactions: In case of a transaction failure where the amount is debited but the bill is not paid, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to bank reconciliation.

6. Refund Timelines :

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment and generally take 5–7 working days. In cases of delay beyond 10 business days, customers are advised to contact support with the transaction details.
